eSIM / SIM Card Return & Refund Policy
1. Unused & Unopened
If you purchased the wrong card or no longer need it and the package is unopened, you may return it.
- The card must stay sealed in its original packaging.
- Please provide a photo showing the unopened package.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
A refund will be issued once we receive and verify the return.
2. Opened or Activated Cards
- Wrong purchase after opening or activation: No refund can be processed.
- Incompatible with carrier or device: Not eligible for refund, as compatibility is clearly stated on the product page.
- Confirmed product defect: If verified by our technical team, we will either replace the card or issue a refund, based on your preference.
