Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Generally, all orders will be dispatched within 3 business day EXCEPT your pre-order(s) after payment is received. In the following circumstances, the order processing time will be extended.

A, Orders placed during the weekend or holiday will be fulfilled on the following business day. 

B, Order processing time may exceed one day during large promotional events..

C, In case of unexpected circumstances, such as weather, out-of-stock, account problems, etc., there may be a delay in delivery.

D, Pending orders that require confirmation of product or payment information.

The shipping notification with the tracking information will take a while to update after we ship out orders. Please see below to understand the timing of our shipping methods.

Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order. We may charge you an additional fee if your delivery address is in a remote area.

 

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and GL-iNet cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

 

The above shipping fee are standard shipping costs for packages under 1kg. For specific shipping costs, please check it after filling in your address on the checkout page.

 

For orders from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, we use SF Express. It is usually delivered in 2 - 4 business days if the order is placed before noon HKT.

 

 We work with DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ USPS and other logistics companies to accommodate global shipping.

 

If stock is unavailable at the local warehouse to fulfill your order, we may source from alternate warehouses, incurring additional fees such as shipping and customs charges. Customers may be responsible for these fees, but we will consult with you before proceeding with the shipment.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Additional fees such as VAT, import costs, duties, and taxes for international shipments are your responsibility and are not included in shipping and handling costs. GL.iNet is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. We can’t tell you exactly what the charges will be, but here’s a duty calculator to help with estimation. For orders that result in high shipping costs due to non-payment of customs duties, we have the right not to refund or partially deduct the payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. You can enter the tracking NO. on carriers official site or here to track your order. If you are having trouble finding your order, or for order changes and cancellations, please email to cs@gl-inet.com and let us know as soon as possible.

Change of Shipping Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit or left the warehouse. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us cs@gl-inet.com within 8 hours, otherwise the delivery may yield additional cost. Please understand that we need 1-3 business days to manage your order with the logistics company. If the address is changed, additional charges may be incurred, which will be borne by the customer.

INVOICES

We send an invoice with international orders, but sometimes packages do get held up. The customs office should contact you about this, so let us know by emailing to cs@gl-inet.com if you do require any additional documentation. An official invoice will be sent to you via email if you request.

 

CANCELLATION

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be canceled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from GL-iNet due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

Please do not enter any PO Box address, island addresses and military addresses to which you're package can’t be dispatched to by any express.

 

If the customer provides an incorrect address, resulting in the loss or irretrievability of the package, the customer assumes responsibility for such loss. GL-iNet will neither replace the order nor issue a refund.

 

Please be informed that signing for your package upon delivery will be mandatory. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and the package cannot be received, we will promptly send you an email notification. You may then contact the delivery company to schedule an alternative delivery arrangement.

 

Failure to contact the delivery company within 5 days following the initial delivery attempt may result in the return of the goods to us. In such a case, a return charge may be imposed, potentially amounting to twice the original delivery cost. If this circumstance arises, we reserve the right to request payment for the return charge as well as an additional fee for redelivery before proceeding to dispatch the item to you.

 

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for completeness and any signs of damage. We strongly advise careful examination for visible damage and verification of contents, if feasible, before accepting the delivery. Should the goods exhibit any damage upon delivery, you retain the right to refuse acceptance and must inform the delivery personnel of the reason(s) for such refusal. Alternatively, you may opt to sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED, ' acknowledging completion of the order, despite any reservations.

 

Should the product(s) you have ordered be unavailable at the time of purchase for any reason, you will be promptly notified via email or telephone on the same or the next working day. We will provide an estimated delivery time frame, and if this is unsatisfactory to you, you retain the right to cancel your order without obligation, with a full refund issued accordingly.

 

Upon the successful completion of your transaction, you will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. Should you not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of completing your purchase, we kindly request that you first check your email's 'Junk/Spam' folder before contacting us for further assistance.
